Refund policy
First and foremost, I like happy customers! That said, please understand the logistics of this operation — this is a one-woman show and not a major retail operation.
While I am open to exchanging items that for some reason don't work out for you, I cannot offer refunds for items that are purchased and you just don't like. I do my best to describe each item thoughtfully and accurately and if you have any questions before purchasing, I am always glad to fill you in with more detail.
Exchanges need to be shipped back as soon as possible and be in the exact condition they arrived in. Sometimes it may take a minute before I can get or create the right thing to exchange for you (for example, for a custom item) — in these instances patience is greatly appreciated.
If something breaks during shipping transport or while you're wearing it, due to a mistake on my part, I will gladly exchange or repair it and ship it back to you.
As I said, I like happy people — so I am usually very open to helping you get happy or stay happy with your purchases!
